Return Policy
All products are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty against defects. If an item proves to be defective within 30 days from the date of your invoice, we can assist with the repair or exchange of that item for you, according to the terms of the manufacturer’s warranty.
If you need to return a product that is unopened, you may return it for exchange or credit within 14 days of your invoice date (if permitted by manufacturer’s return policy), subject to a 15% restocking fee. We can accept software returns only when the package is unopened.
If you have opened the product and/or broken any factory seals, and if it is deemed returnable by NET Xperts LLC, you may return it for credit or exchange within 14 days according to the terms of the manufacturer. However, we cannot accept software returns if the package is opened. Please note that all non-defective open box returns are subject to a 30% restocking fee.
Due to certain manufacturer’s return policies, you will be required to contact some manufacturers (ex. Hewlett-Packard, etc.) directly to repair, replace or return their products. Please be sure to ask your Sales Representative about our warranty programs and specific return conditions before you purchase.
You have 14 days from the invoice date to request a Return Authorization (RA) number.
No returns will be accepted without an RA number. Once you have been issued an RA number, you must ship the product so that it reaches our Returns Processing Center within 10 days. All RA numbers must appear on the shipping labels.
All items must be returned with original packaging, including all warranty cards, manuals, cables, accessories, components, etc. Incomplete returns will result in a delay of your credit, an additional restocking fee, and possibly a refusal of your return.
Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. The customer is responsible for shipping charges and insurance on all return shipments.

Competitive and version upgrades require proof of purchase of qualifying software. Not responsible for typographical errors. We reserve the right to limit quantities on promotion products. We are not liable under any legal theory for consequential or incidental damages arising from shipping delays, system downtime, loss of data or for any loss, damage, or expense arising from product malfunction or defect. We expressly disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. This disclaimer in no way affects the terms of the manufacturer’s warranty, if any. Other restrictions may apply.
