In 2003, NET Xperts LLC acquires technology firm, D&K Electronics, to expand its market share.
As a side note, founder Marc Sachs began his career with D&K working part-time during high school in 1986.
On July 1, 2002, NET Xperts LLC opens its doors in Regent Square, located in the outskirts of Pittsburgh Pennsylvania. Partners and investors Lou and Jean Raimond, along with founding partners: Marc Sachs, Angela Desiderato, Mike Sammel, and Frank Rhone are still partners of the organization today.
NET Xperts LLC received its initial investment of $20,000 to start the company.
