NET Xperts Recognizes National Volunteer Month with Month‑Long Community Effort

NET Xperts completed a Pittsburgh nonprofit volunteering initiative throughout April in recognition of National Volunteer Month.

 

PITTSBURGH, PA – May 21, 2026 – Throughout April, in recognition of National Volunteer Month, NET Xperts LLC completed a month‑long community initiative focused on supporting local nonprofit organizations through hands‑on volunteering, event participation, and financial giving.

As part of its “4 Weeks, 4 Causes” campaign, the NET Xperts team dedicated time and resources to four organizations that serve families, children, and seniors throughout the Pittsburgh region.

 

The company’s April initiatives included:

• Preparing and serving breakfast at Ronald McDonald House Charities of Pittsburgh and Morgantown, supporting their mission to provide families with a “home-away-from-home” while children receive medical treatment
• Packing birthday boxes at Beverly’s PGH, which celebrates and strengthens families by providing essential items and joyful experiences
• Attending and donating to St. Barnabas’ Founder’s Day, showing continued support for the organization’s mission of care, community, and service
• A monetary donation to Hilltop Community Children’s Center, a neighborhood childcare and preschool program that is currently raising funds for building repair and maintenance

“Community involvement has always been an important part of who we are,” said Mike Sammel, CEO of NET Xperts. “April gave our team the chance to step outside our normal routines and support the people and programs doing important work in our community.”
